Field Supervisor will lead JSEA, crew, and operations while on project site. The representative is our ultimate work authority while on a customer site and is the critical element to a successful project. This role requires dedication & a customer first approach. How You'll Make an Impact
  • Our ideal candidate for a Field Supervisor must have the ability to lead work based on a flexible schedule and must have the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently.
  • Candidates must provide excellent service to our customers; be able to work in stressful, possibly hazardous situations; and must participate in the development of new field procedures and best practices. T
  • he Field Supervisor role is subject to call-out service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Typically, personnel are assigned to 1 of 2, 12-hour shifts when on projects.
  • Responsible for managing their crew and all project related operations Projects are typically planned several days/weeks in advance. If there is no assigned offshore project, you will work at our shop assisting with equipment maintenance and training of other field personnel. .

What You Bring
  • 5 Years of industry oil and gas experience, (produced water and flowback preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates/Bachelors 's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in 14 C, Safe Charts, and GOM standards. Experience with I & E systems is required.
  • First-hand experience in water filtration and O&G separation.
  • Experience in Managing or Leading a Team
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel .
