Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus.
• Experience in ground-up commercial, multifamily, or high-end residential construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in Procore and scheduling software (MS Project/P6) is highly desired.
• Open to relocating or working in the Jackson, WY/Teton County area.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in field supervision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Refine and implement site planning for smooth execution of the project.
• Execute and verify survey and layout work by coordinating with other team members.
• Monitor CPM progress schedule and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Enforce safety and security protocols according to company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Implement the Shaw 1-2-3 quality control program, including inspections and deficiency tracking.
• Document daily project activities including safety, inspections, and schedule updates.
