Partner with the best

Provide operational guidance & training to crews.  Seek improvement of operational procedures & equipment specification. Maintain equipment as described in the maintenance system. Supervise subsea operations in line with the client program.

As a Field Specialist - LWI, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and leading the team to deliver Subsea Service projects to customers, both external and internal.  

  • Have knowledge in the sequence of events in the mobilization, hook up & testing of subsea project equipment associated with Tree deployment/testing, Well Interventions, Well Abandonment and Well Integrity Testing.  

  • Monitoring well control conditions & supervising subsea operations in line with the client program.  

  • Participating in seeking improvement of operational procedures & equipment specification.  

  • Running and maintaining equipment: IWOCS, coiled tubing reels, winches, power packs, HPUs and intervention packages. 

  • Assembling subsea pressure control equipment: BOP stacks and PCH. Rig up chiksan iron, choke manifolds and pumps. 

  • Participation in correct communication protocol (GM & GRID), daily operations data recording, & lessons learned recording.

  • Complying with HSE Participation.

  • Identifying Strengths/Weaknesses & Highlight for additional training.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Have proven Subsea & Coordination Skills and Task Plan Execution

  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in an oil & gas services environment

  • Have full HSE Conversant with JRA/JSA/MOC understanding

  • Have an understanding of customer Down Hole Program

  • Have experienced Participation in Troubleshooting with the entirety of the operation, inclusive of LWI Systems procedures and equipment

  • Have proven Subsea Field Hydraulics/Electronics and Equipment Background

  • Have a fully conversant understanding of hydraulic schematic drawings and understanding of subsea field hydraulics

  • Have effective communication and be a team player

Desired Characteristics

  • Have minimum 2 years of experience in the Light Well Intervention market

  • Have Proven Effective communications with 3rd Party Contractors & Vessel Management

  • Have a Level 4 IWCF (International Well Control Forum) certificate
