Full Job Description
Field Service Engineers work under moderate supervision and report to the Executive Delivery Specialist. Team members are responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of our virtual and physical solutions in accordance to quality processes and procedures. Extensive travel and customer success skills required.

Responsibilities:
• Basic configuration to Linux/Windows servers and Windows workstations
• Production Builds in house per sales orders processed through the Merge ERP system (IFS)
• Build, Install, Configure, and test virtual and physical solutions per procedures either in house or onsite at the clients location
• Follow all Build/Installation procedures and complete all installation/qualification checklists in a timely manner to adhere to the QMS (Quality Management System)
• Provide our partners with a positive and successful integration experience
• Perform electronic and network enterprise tests per procedures provided by the Manufacturing Engineers
• Keep detailed electronic documentation (DHRs)
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers in development of configuration and test procedures
• Understands that projects worked on have a direct impact on patient safety
• Understands that all patient information that may be encountered is to be treated as confidential and not to be disclosed under any circumstances
• Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
• Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.

Qualifications Required:

The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
