Preferred locations: Dallas, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Little Rock, AR; New Orleans, LA (or surrounding areas)

$40-$50/Hour + Company Service Truck + Overtime Opportunities

Primary Responsbilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform machine inspections, diagnostics, and performance testing to identify equipment issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, powertrains, steering, brakes, and electronic control systems.
  • Analyze machine failures and determine root causes to minimize downtime.
  • Utilize service manuals, diagnostic software, and parts catalogs to accurately identify repairs and required components.
  • Order and manage repair parts, including warranty and core return processes.
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations directly with customers.
  • Complete service reports, time entries, and repair documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in preparing repair quotes and parts recommendations.
  • Work safely and professionally while adhering to all Aksela, customer, OSHA, MSHA, and HAZMAT requirements.
  • Travel throughout the territory and perform occasional overnight assignments as needed.


Experience & Benefits

  • 3+ years of experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel-powered equipment, drilling equipment, cranes, mining equipment, agricultural equipment, or similar machinery.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex equipment issues.
  • Experience using diagnostic software, service manuals, and electronic service tools.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
