  • Conduct electrical testing of transformers (power factor, ratio, resistance, insulation resistance, SFRA).
  • Operate and maintain transformer oil processing rigs.
  • Prepare technical reports and customer documentation after site work.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to provide field service expertise.
  • Mentor other field service employees and support technical training initiatives.
  • Ensure all site work meets safety requirements and compliance standards.

The Opportunity

Join our team as a Field Service Representative and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will execute service work on-site, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy’s safety standards and project requirements.
