Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma, degree, or certificate in mechanical engineering, Tool & die maker, Millwright or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in servicing/billding high speed automation systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
• Expertise in pneumatics and hydraulics, with basic electrical and control systems knowledge.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment at customer locations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Report and rectify any abnormal equipment conditions observed during service visits.
• Support and enhance troubleshooting knowledge within the customer operations team.
• Suggest necessary tools or equipment to improve customer equipment performance.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports promptly to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members and third-party vendors to address technical issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ATS and customer safety regulations while on-site.
