Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
• Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
• Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is a priority by following established policies and acting safely.
• Manages small to midsize, technically complex projects including waste site clean-up and demolition.
• Prepares proposals with cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
• Develops relationships with key customers and addresses their issues effectively.
• Communicates timely and relevant information to superiors and subordinates.
• Provides technical support for proposals, cost estimates, and subcontractor procurement.
• Enforces Health & Safety policies and works closely with upper management to resolve issues.
