Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience or similar role.
• Strong background in environmental remediation processes and practices.
• Emergency response supervisor training or Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Solid understanding of various equipment operations pertinent to the field.
• Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations.
• Experience with cost estimating and relevant computer applications.
• In-depth knowledge of remedial technologies, enhancing project effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is prioritized by adhering to established policies and processes.
• Manage and oversee technically complex waste site cleanup and construction projects.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their issues.
• Deliver clear and timely information to team members and supervisors.
• Provide technical support for accurate proposal preparation and subcontractor procurement.
• Enforce health and safety policies, working closely with leadership to address any issues promptly.
• Assist with various tasks as assigned by management based on business needs.
