Job Summary:
The Engineering Technician Supervisor oversees the technician team, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications and safety protocols. They also handle scheduling, training, and quality control.

Responsibilities:
• Training and development of technicians
• Scheduling and assigning tasks to technicians
• Supervising and monitoring technicians' work performance
• Ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks
• Maintaining inventory and purchasing supplies
• Conducting quality control checks on completed work
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to technicians
• Creating and implementing standard operating procedures for technicians
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and prioritize work
• Managing budget and expenses for technician team
• Hiring and onboarding new technicians
