Peace River, Alberta Artificial Lift team as a
Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead service, sales, and operational activities supporting oil and gas customers while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You will oversee daily field and shop operations, manage financial performance, and provide leadership and direction to service personnel.

Roles and Responsibilities- Lead service, sales, and operational activities to support customer requirements and business objectives.
- Manage departmental financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Oversee daily field and shop operations, ensuring efficient execution of service activities.
- Supervise, coach, and develop field and shop personnel to support performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate service delivery and resource planning to meet customer timelines and operational demands.
- Identify and address operational challenges while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in service, sales, or operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong experience with artificial lift systems, particularly Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) technology.
- Solid understanding of PCP operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibility.
- Experience with ERP or service management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada without company sponsorship.
