Newberry Industrial is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee field operations, crews, and service activities. You will manage projects, ensure safety compliance, drive productivity, and mentor staff across construction and industrial sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage field personnel, crews, and service teams across multiple job sites.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate field activities, including manpower, equipment, and materials allocation.
