Description

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for supporting customers with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced vacuum deposition systems and retrofits. This role provides hands-on technical support at customer sites while ensuring equipment reliability, performance optimization, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities, customer interaction skills, and the ability to support highly technical semiconductor and capital equipment systems.
