Full Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Navy 3M Subject Matter Expert to enhance fleet maintenance readiness by
Providing technical guidance on shipboard maintenance processes, assessments, and integrated systems
Collaborating with a dedicated team focused on ensuring the reliability and sustainment of the SSEE system
Reviewing and responding to Fleet support communications regarding Feedback Reports to maintain operational continuity

Requirements

Hands0-on experience with U.S. Navy 3M maintenance processesor Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
RCM Level II certification (required)
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Skills

Experience troubleshooting C5ISR systems
Strong preference for experience with SSEE Increment E, SSEE Increment F, and/or Tactical Cryptologic System (TCS)
Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Work Center Supervisor or 3M Coordinator
Active-Duty U.S. Navy experience as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance (CTM)
Working knowledge of Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs), Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs), and Feedback Reports (FBRs)
Prior shipboard maintenance, inspection, or readiness support experience
Familiarity with Navy logistics and technical data systems
Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within cross0-functional teams
Strong problem0-solving and technical documentation abilities

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
