Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Position Summary Responsible for integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and software). Acts as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead customer-facing technical activities, acting as a focal point between R&D/Operation and the customer Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international) Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system repair Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities Conduct system testing (functional, communication, software, and hardware) Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers Prepare reports, document faults, and provide feedback to R&D teams Support deployment, upgrades, and operational activities in the field

This role requires to travel to Israel for 5-8 days for training as most of the equipment, engineering activities, and subject matter experts are currently located in Israel. In the future, this requirement may no longer be necessary as capabilities are established locally.
