Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a field service technician or engineer.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures or malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers.
• Document service calls, including detailed reports and recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice.
