Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair technical equipment and systems at client sites. You will serve as the face of the company during on-site visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support for gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and pressure controllers used in semiconductor manufacturing. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures or malfunctions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and operators.
  • Document service calls, including detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
