Qualifications

• Technical school training, Military PMEL/TMDE background, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience supporting test and measurement instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of project timelines and processes with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to interface effectively between customers and Keysight teams for technical problem resolution.
• RF/microwave calibration and repair experience up to 50 GHz is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Keysight RF test equipment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated calibrations on various Keysight RF test instruments.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, ensuring proactive customer communication.
• Align customer expectations with Keysight's service capabilities for high-quality support.
• Diagnose test failures to distinguish between hardware and software issues.
• Execute calibration and verification procedures following upgrades or changes.
• Utilize PC-based software tools for calibration workflows and data analysis.
• Install and validate software updates, including complete instrument reimaging.
