B2B FIELD SALES TRAINING MANAGER

Love field sales and coaching winners? Ready for more balance?

This is an exciting opportunity to train and launch new B2B field sellers into the SMB market while working with a major energy client. You'll coach hunter closers in the field, build early momentum, and help reps win.

Leadership Role
  • Train and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
  • Develop hunter closers focused on new acquisition
  • Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
  • Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to accelerate rep performance

Who You Are
  • 3+ years training B2B field sales (in the field)
  • Proven experience coaching SMB hunter closers
  • Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
  • High energy, confident, and leads by example
  • Ready to move beyond D2D, nights, and weekends

Compensation Overview
  • $80K - $110K OTE (base salary + commissions + training overrides)
