Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, growing customer partnerships, and delivering business results?

We're looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to lead a customer-focused sales organization responsible for driving growth, execution excellence, and profitable business results across an assigned geography. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal and broker partners, develop talent, strengthen customer relationships, and bring innovative solutions that drive success for both Clorox and our customers.

In this role, you will:

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts.
  • Build strong partnerships with broker organizations to align priorities and drive execution.

Drive Business Results
  • Deliver volume, net sales, profitability, and market share objectives across assigned customers.
  • Lead execution of strategic plans and ensure alignment with company priorities.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve execution.
  • Establish clear priorities, KPIs, and incentive strategies with broker partners to maximize business performance.

Build Customer and Broker Partnerships
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customer decision-makers and broker leadership.
  • Lead customer business planning and cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to drive effective business solutions.
  • Leverage market insights and customer knowledge to identify growth opportunities.

Shape Strategy and Enable Growth
  • Bring together cross-functional resources to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.

  • Familiarity with matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $157,600 - $316,700

-Zone B: $144,400 - $290,300

-Zone C: $131,300 - $263,900

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
