Full Job Description
Field Sales Specialist

The Sales Senior Advisor drives sales growth and commercial success within an assigned region by building customer relationships, managing commercial opportunities, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. This role independently develops customer strategies, identifies opportunities to increase revenue and market share, and provides leadership to support business objectives in an established market.

As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Reporting to the Sales Senior Manager
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
    Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works based on predefined contracts price frameworks.
  • Handling target clients
  • Expecting to define customer approach autonomously
  • Leading a department of large personnel costs.
  • Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence
  • Minor travel as needed


To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in MS Office
