Are you a Licensed AuD or Certified HIS and have a passion for sales? We want you! The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. They will engage and own relationships with all customers to cultivate and grow market share through hands on product and services education and demonstration. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. They will be responsible for building relationships with cross functional business partners to effectively position Starkey's value proposition with customers.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. They will passionately engage and own relationships with all customers to cultivate and grow market share through hands on product and services education and demonstration. Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for account strategy along with owing the account plan and business reviews across assigned territory. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for building relationships with cross functional business partners to effectively position Starkey's value proposition with customers. They are responsible for upholding the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Territory Strategy and Management
    • Assess and understand Territory needs and develop territory strategy to align with Regional and National strategy
    • Increase share of wallet in assigned territory
    • Build relationships with internal business partners to effectively position Starkey's value proposition with customers
  • Sales Process and pipeline management
    • Utilize solution based selling approach to identify needs and objectives of the customer; opportunity identification.
    • Build robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Utilize sales tools to effectively manage pipeline and advance the sales process
  • Customer relationship management
    • Establishing customer partnerships through achieving mutually beneficial goals and objectives
    • Expand base of customers across territory by identifying and onboarding new customers
    • Retain and grow current base of customers across territory
  • Training
    • Conduct customer product training
    • Completion of product and sales training to enable successful customer education
  • Business Planning
    • Effectively conduct quarterly customer business reviews
    • Conduct monthly territory forecast and planning
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

  • Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)
    • Minimum of 2 years of hearing aid industry field experience, or related field. Licensed HIS or AUD Preferred
    • Licensed HIS or AuD

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target base pay range for this position is between $75,000-$89,000 annually. Starting pay within the range may be influenced by several factors, including location, market conditions, relevant skills, education, experience, and overall qualifications of the selected candidate.

In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive plan, with payouts made monthly based on performance goals set by Sales Leadership. Incentive earnings are tied to goal achievement and performance milestones. There is no guarantee of payout.
