Responsibilities

  • Create a centralized operation for coaching and support to franchise partners
  • Establish best practices for shop estimating systems to ensure consistency
  • Oversee estimating systems, monitoring usage and performance metrics

  • Coach shops on their performance and strategies for improvement
  • Represent ProColor at industry events and conferences when needed
  • Prepare and present performance reports in insurance meetings
  • Streamline shop processes to meet insurance and fleet program expectations

Title: Field Performance Manager

Reports To: Senior Manager Sales and Performance

Location: Remote - U.S. based (Preference for candidates located in Texas, California, or Florida)

Job Duties
  • Create and implement Franchise Performance improvement plans on key accounts
  • Support insurance programs & initiatives by ensuring compliance of each insurance company's guidelines / SOP's
  • Complete shop reviews & analysis on compliance & performance and report results to the organization
  • Create and develop centralized review operation that provides additional coaching and support to franchises
  • Develop best practices and manage estimating system profiles at the shop and partner level to create consistency
  • Manage and monitor estimating systems for proper usage, assignment volume and estimator performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align the goals of the client services department with other areas of the business.
  • Continually assess key account performance and provide shop specific coaching to improve results
  • Represent and promote ProColor at industry events, conferences and tradeshows as needed
  • Create presentations and communicate monthly/quarterly results with strategic partners during reoccurring insurance performance meetings
  • Look for ways to improve and streamline shop processes and adherence to insurance and fleet program expectations
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum of (5) years of experience in the automotive market sector and insurance claims experience
  • Experience managing DRP programs
  • Ability to write, review and provide coaching on estimates in CCC and Mitchell
  • Minimum of (3) years of experience managing insurance and/or body shop personnel
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills

Work Conditions
  • Travel may be required.
