The position works directly with foremen, general foremen, superintendents, project managers, and office personnel to understand operational needs, gather requirements, provide training, and support long-term system utilization.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time working with users in the field and office environments, driving adoption of new technologies, supporting operational workflows, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. While some application configuration and system administration activities are required, this is not a software development role.

This position is ideal for an operations-focused professional with utility construction experience, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for technology.
