Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily field operations, supervising crews, subcontractors, and self-perform work to meet schedule and quality commitments
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, project schedules, and Mullins Mechanical standards
  • Serve as a primary field point of contact for owners and project managers, providing updates and resolving field issues
  • Support Field Operations Directors in driving efficiency, accountability, and consistent execution
  • Enforce Mullins' safety culture and OSHA/owner safety requirements; lead toolbox talks, review JSAs, and oversee incident reporting
  • Perform routine quality inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and field leadership to resolve deficiencies
  • Monitor progress against schedules and provide manpower and sequencing input to maintain commitments
  • Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily logs, manpower, and material/equipment usage
  • Coordinate manpower, staffing needs, and recruiting support to meet project demands
  • Oversee proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Support closeout activities, including as-builts, testing documentation, and turnover packages
  • Mentor and support foremen, superintendents, and crews; promote a team-oriented, owner-focused field culture
  • Communicate effectively with project leadership and cross-functional teams to align field operations with project goals
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
