• Optimize team schedules, manage escalations, and enhance member experiences seamlessly.
• Pre-scope tasks, provide on-call troubleshooting, and ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Recruit and onboard top talent, building a highly motivated and skilled team.
• Collaborate on projects with the General Manager to enhance team performance and operational stability.
