Description:- Train, hire, recruit and lead the field team
- Responsible for safety, training and mentoring field team
- Understanding of related safe operation procedures and support for team in the field
- Assist with dispatching employees on a daily basis
- Travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:- An understanding of servant leadership principles
- Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility in job duties
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
- 10 years of rigging experience
- 3-5 years of Superintendent/Management
- Qualified to operate crane of multiple sizes
- An ability to train, formally and informally, through mentoring and success-based delegation
- Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
