Full Job Description
Job Type: Full-time hours at our HGE location in Denver, Colorado

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 (Base + Bonus, Uncapped)

Benefits:
• Access to the latest technology, such as laptops and tablets, that will help you

with organization and efficiency
• Opportunities for performance-based rewards, such as monetary bonuses and

exclusive dinners/outings
• Full medical insurance available after 90 days
• Countless career advancement and growth opportunities

What The Role Is About:

The Field Marketing Director leads an HGE office within Denver, driving sales

production, training, and team development while maintaining professional standards

and operational accountability. This is a high-intensity, field-first leadership role: the

Director is expected to spend the majority of their time leading, training, and producing

alongside their team in the field, with limited time dedicated to back-office

administration. The Director is directly accountable for the performance, culture, and

compliance of their office.

What Impact You'll Make:
• Lead field operations by dedicating the majority of working hours to active

production, coaching, and shadowing team members, while maintaining a

demanding six-day work schedule.
• Drive department performance by owning KPI attainment, sales volume, and

cost-of-marketing targets, personally stepping into field production when results

fall short.
• Deliver ongoing training and talent development through weekly training

sessions, script accuracy drills, and a consistent pipeline of internal promotions

to Manager roles.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including inventory control, staff

scheduling, performance improvement plans, terminations, and completion of

quarterly performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate reporting and cross-functional communication by updating

company-wide performance trackers and presenting KPI and SWOT updates to

senior leadership.
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts by engaging new hires prior to training,

tracking attendance and graduation outcomes, and generating employee

referrals.
• Coordinate event and retail staffing and logistics, including cost management,

scheduling, and identifying new event or retail opportunities.
• Ensure fleet compliance and readiness by overseeing vehicle registration,

inspections, and maintenance reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership through regular check-ins to align on shared

growth opportunities.
• Represent the department in key recurring meetings, including leadership calls,

one-on-ones, and cross-departmental planning sessions.

What You've Accomplished:
• Proven experience leading and developing field marketing, sales, or door-to-

door teams.
• Strong track record of hitting production and KPI targets, with the ability to

personally produce in the field.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable with a demanding, field-first schedule, including a 6-day work

week and travel between field, office, and events.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive/ride in company vans with the team.
• Proficiency with Slack and standard reporting/tracking tools.
• High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism.
