We are seeking a skilled Field Execution Lead (Construction/TAR) to oversee construction activities in Sabine Pass, Texas for an initial 12-month assignment (with possibility of extension).

Role Overview
  • Champion safety programs and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Supervise contractor personnel and maintain a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Assist with construction planning and serve as the interface between the project team and contractors.
  • Provide construction expertise and advise contractors on upcoming challenges.
  • Ensure good communication and relations with contractors.
  • Oversee safety monitoring and leadership, address quality issues, and verify materials management.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and progress, as well as environmental compliance.
  • Provide on-site support for work management systems and assist with commissioning and systems completion.
  • Coordinate quality audits and other site surveillance activities.
  • Develop early career professionals.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 10 years (15+ preferred) experience in all aspects of construction - refinery, oil and gas, chemical plants OR offshore
  • General computer skills and experience working with MS Outlook; PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Valid driver's License.
  • Familiar with OSHA 1910 - Occupational Safety and Health Standard and OSHA 1926 Standards - Safety and Health Regulations for Construction.
  • MUST have Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card or be able to obtain within 30 day of hiring.
  • Availability to work beyond 40 hrs. weekly.
