At Boldt, Field Engineers play a critical role in connecting project planning with field execution, serving as a key partner to Superintendents, Project Managers, trade partners, and skilled craft professionals throughout the construction process. This position offers a unique opportunity to be highly engaged on active construction sites, gaining firsthand exposure to how complex projects are built while helping ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with field leadership to support quality control, safety initiatives, production tracking, document management, and project coordination efforts. Through participation in field meetings, look-ahead planning, and the Boldt Production System (BPS), you will help drive communication and alignment between office and field teams while contributing to continuous improvement and Lean construction practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a dynamic construction environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in construction operations and project leadership.
