DescriptionThe primary purpose of the Field Engineer is to train employees on how to build projects in the field and to aid the Superintendent in Field Management. The Field Engineer is responsible for most of the layout of the project as well as lift drawings, safety, and quality control responsibilities.
- Subcontractor Management
- Assisting Foreman with interpreting plans and specifications
- Production and daily reporting

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suites (specifically Excel, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite experience)
- 3 years of applicable experience (project management, leadership)
- 4-year degree or Construction Management experience.
- Military experience is heavily valued.
Position Details:Location: Southern California (SD, OC, LA or Riverside)
Shift: Monday - Friday | Typical Business Hours
Compensation: $100k First Year W2
- $74K - $77K base salary + ~$20K COLA + Cellphone Allowance + Vehicle Allowance + Annual Bonus
