The Field Continuous Improvement roleis responsible fordriving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across fieldbased operations. This positionpartners closelywith commercial, operations, and supply chain teams toidentifyimprovement opportunities, implement standard work, and enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.Therole has a direct impact on business performance by enabling scalable processes, reducing variation, and supporting sustainable improvements in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across field operations to improve efficiency, quality, and service outcomes.

  • Apply structured problemsolving and continuous improvement methodologies to address performance gaps and operational challenges.

  • Partner with field leadership and crossfunctional teams to deploy standard work, best practices, and process improvements.

  • Analyze performance data, metrics, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and measure impact.

  • Support change management efforts by engaging stakeholders, communicating progress, and reinforcing adoption of new processes.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and kaizen events to build continuous improvement capability in the field.

  • Document processes, improvements, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing and sustainability.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor27s degreerequiredin Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field

  • Master27s degree preferred

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Typically requires 58 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process improvement roles

  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Proven ability to work crossfunctionally and influence without direct authority

  • Strong communicationand facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops or improvement initiatives

  • Ability to travel regularly to support fieldbased teams

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting field, commercial, or customerfacing operations

  • Background in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries

  • Experience with change management and process standardization

  • Familiarity with performance metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement tools

  • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar credential

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company27s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
