Full Job Description
We're looking for a full-time Field Clinical Specialist Trainer to join our team and elevate the readiness of our U.S. Field Clinical Support organization. This role is dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality training that equips Field Clinical Specialists with the skills and confidence they need to support cardiac mapping and ablation procedures.

Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid/on-site/remote work arrangement which would require frequent travel to Vancouver, BC.

Meaningful work you will be a part of

Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Facilitate the delivery of the structured scalable training program that ensures consistent field readiness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of educational processes and documentation
  • Run training sessions for new field clinical specialists
  • Support coordination with internal teams to ensure correct equipment availability for training sessions and embedded assessments.
  • Ensure proper handoff to field managers, collect feedback and maintain gates for learning progression.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
  • Strong background in clinical support for medical devices
  • 5+ years experience in cardiac ablation preferred
  • Proven training and facilitation skills and experience delivering in-person hands-on training
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex schedules and moving parts across cohorts.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and comfortable partnering with clinical subject matter experts, product teams and field leadership
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics, give direct feedback, manage group dynamics
  • Ability to balance structure and flexibility. Can build and follow a plan and adapt when schedules shift, learner needs vary or clinical points of interest are updated

Compensation

Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
  • As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium's stock option plan.
