Full Job Description
The primary objective of the Field Clinical Manager is to provide field-based clinical and technical training/support for the TalisMann and StimRouter Peripheral Nerve Stimulators (PNS). The candidate will be responsible for training health care professionals in the use of the medical devices and support associated surgical procedures; programming devices and providing technical expertise in the use of PNS products. This is a remote, field based role. Preferred hub: Boston, MA What you'll be doing • Represents TalisMann and StimRouter PNS during implants, device programming, and follow-up on cases • Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of implanted medical devices, troubleshooting techniques, and support • Receives technical inquiries and researches solutions to questions or problems. • Provides on-call support as needed for surgeries, reprogramming, troubleshooting, follow-up, etc. • Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, office staff, and personnel on technical matters relating to products. • Maintain open, effective communication with all PNS functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employees • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested • Travel may be extensive, up to 75%, with two to three overnights a week What you'll bring to the table • Bachelor's degree in a health care-related field or a four-year degree with health care/clinical experience. An advanced degree in health sciences or engineering is preferred • Surgical and/or OR support experience as a field clinical engineer, technical representative, technology trainer, or clinical trainer in the medical device field, preferred • Ability to communicate effectively and instruct/coach others on the use of products and clinical applications • Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Solid MS Office skills, including PowerPoint Apply now!
