Qualifications

• Strong background in marine systems, controls, PLCs, and electronics.
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and using test equipment.
• Ability to create a customer-oriented culture focused on quality and responsiveness.
• Strong communication skills, projecting professionalism and confidence.
• Experience collaborating across various departments.
• Willingness to travel significantly, 25-50% of the time.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Marine Engineering, Operations, or related STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation and commissioning of Sea Machines products across global customer marine vessels.
• Monitor and assess product performance in customer fleets for ongoing improvement.
• Address and resolve customer support inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain open lines of communication, reporting field issues to operations and technology teams.
• Contribute to the development of product documentation, including manuals for service and user guidance.
• Service test boat and office simulation equipment as needed.
