Description de l'équipeYou'll partner with Sales and Product teams to ensure smooth customer deployments and proofs of concept (PoCs). You'll troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues in the field, and serve as a key interface with vendors and network operators.
Description de la missionResponsibilities- Install and configure solutions at customer sites; provide on-site/remote technical support during deployments and PoCs.
- Diagnose issues (systems, real-time/industrial constraints), collect logs, and create high-quality tickets for Engineering when needed.
- Implement fixes or configuration changes; validate and document outcomes.
- Produce clear post-intervention reports for customers (scope, actions, root cause, next steps).
- Coordinate with modem vendors and telecom carriers to resolve interoperability and connectivity issues.
- Support R&D on defect reproduction, triage, and verification of corrective patches.
Profil recherché :Qualifications- BS/MS in Computer, Electrical, or General Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Background in industrial/embedded or real-time systems.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, cellular/Wi-Fi networking, and modem integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have- Familiarity with issue trackers (e.g., Jira) and documentation tools.
