Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with federal guidelines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, in federal construction.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
