Panhandle Power Solutions is hiring a battle-tested Federal Electrical Superintendent for active work on Fort Liberty, North Carolina. This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a seasoned professional who has lived on federal job sites, understands the unique demands of DOD construction, and can lead a crew with minimal supervision. What you'll OWN
• Full day-to-day field leadership of the electrical scope on a federal installation
• Subcontractor scheduling, manpower coordination, and equipment accountability
• Daily interface with foremen to drive progress, solve problems, and hold the line on quality
• Coordination with the Project Manager on schedules, updates, and look-ahead planning
• Safety compliance, site orderliness, and adherence to EM 385-1-1 and all federal requirements
• Daily field reports, RFIs, field orders, and all site documentation (Procore)
• Coordination with inspection authorities to secure approvals and keep work moving
• Progress meetings with project stakeholders
What We Require - NO Exceptions
• 5-10 years of electrical superintendent experience, with a clear track record of proven past performance on comparable projects
• Federal construction experience is mandatory: you must have worked on federal property and know what that environment demands
• DOD/USACE project experience: you understand the standards, the scrutiny, and the pace
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background check / security clearance screening, and Pacer background for Base access
• Experience with Medium Voltage systems
• Strong ability to read and build from drawings, specs, and contract documents
• Procore proficiency required: used daily
• OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License with clean record
Compensation & Details
• Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 per year
