What You Will Do:Guidehouse provides a range of advisory services and support to improve the processes and capabilities surrounding the development, defense, execution, reporting, and process analysis of activities required support the non-budgetary side of IC CFO. In this support, we provide guidance on financial management (FM) activities and systems in order to achieve, improve, and sustain appropriate accountability for all other IC priorities. You will work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of systems and processes related to financial accounting and auditability for IC funds. This role will support communication functions to help translate efforts and status into digestible formats for external stakeholders and leadership. You will also lead the coordination and logistics in support of several community wide forums to include development and maintenance of shared webpages to help facilitate communications and collaboration.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- THREE (3) or more years' experience in communications, change management, financial management, program management/support and/or stakeholder engagement
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Familiarity with Federal Budget and FM subject matters
- Ability to produce graphic design and polished PPT presentations tailored to varying offices
- Ability to work well with teams to understand communication needs and work proactively to support effective collaboration with cross office and cross entity stakeholders
- Organization and professional written and oral communication skills
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
