Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of automotive experience.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good project coordination skills essential for managing deadlines and tasks.
• Familiarity with Automotive Systems and ISO 26262 standards.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and best practices in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of INCOSE requirements decomposition.

Responsibilities

• Create and efficiently update Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs).
• Analyze CFOs to ensure alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop global strategies for new features.
• Support the development of platform and program-specific new features.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer feedback sessions during the development process.
