Full Job Description
Feasibility Manager

The Feasibility Manager is responsible for leading the network's response to sponsor and CRO feasibility requests, evaluating study opportunities, managing client database submissions, coordinating site-level input, and producing accurate, competitive feasibility submissions. This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations and business development, translating protocol requirements into a realistic assessment of the network's ability to deliver enrollment, and positioning the network's sites to win study placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming protocols and feasibility questionnaires (FQs) from sponsors and CROs; assess inclusion/exclusion criteria against network patient population data
  • Coordinate with individual sites to gather accurate data on patient volumes, prior study performance, staffing capacity, and equipment/facility readiness
  • Analyze EHR/EMR and CTMS data to estimate enrollment potential and identify candidate sites within the network
  • Complete and submit feasibility questionnaires and submission lists within sponsor/CRO deadlines, ensuring responses are realistic and competitively positioned
  • Serve as the feasibility liaison between sponsors/CROs and network sites during the feasibility phase
  • Identify and recommend additional sites or investigators within the network that may not have been included in the original opportunity but could strengthen the proposal based on Site Intelligence information
  • Maintain up-to-date site capability profiles in Devana and SharePoint, including therapeutic area experience, historical enrollment metrics, and regulatory/IRB relationships
  • Support site qualification visits (SQVs) by providing readiness documents as studies progress toward award
  • Partner with Business Development to shape study opportunities into stronger, higher-value proposals (e.g., recommending additional indications, expanded site participation, or revised enrollment targets)
  • Contribute feasibility data and site-level insights to proposal development and budget discussions
  • Track opportunity status, feasibility outcomes, and award/loss rates in the CTMS or CRM platform
  • Maintain accurate, current records of feasibility activity, site metrics, and study opportunities in network systems
  • Prepare feasibility summaries and recommendations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
  • Monitor therapeutic area trends and competitive landscape to inform future feasibility strategy

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant clinical research experience.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate CTMS and other clinical research software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.

Travel:
  • Primarily remote, with occasional travel to network sites, network meetings, and industry conferences (typically less than 10%).
