Full Job Description
As a Family Physician, you'll deliver comprehensive outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients, helping community members maintain and improve health through evidence-based primary care. A Typical Clinic Day Your day runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., in an onsite outpatient setting. You'll move through a steady clinic rhythm-reviewing schedules and chart updates, seeing a mix of pediatric and adult patients, and coordinating in real time with nursing, support staff, and specialty partners. Between visits, you'll keep notes and billing data current so care decisions and follow-up plans stay clear and timely. As needs arise, you'll help the team respond to same-day concerns and ensure patients and families leave with understandable next steps. You'll also have periodic touchpoints tied to quality initiatives-such as peer review or audit follow-ups-focused on strengthening access, experience, and continuity of care.
