Position Overview:ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provides direct high-quality care in a primary care within a Federally Qualigied Health Center (FQHC). Physicians deliver comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to a diverse population of patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses and conditions.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and safety, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate/supervise and mentor mid-level providers and students as needed.
- Support collaborative, multidisciplinary care with clinicians, behavior health providers and other team members.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
- Provide ongoing follow-up, continuity care and chronic disease management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:- Board Certified of Board Eligible
- Graduated from an accredited school of medicine.
- Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio with good standing
- Current DEA certificate
- Completion of accredited residency program.
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Current BLS Certification
