We are seeking an additional Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. This position would be a set in our Alpharetta office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to state regulations.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and institutional policies.
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accredited FNP program, and national certification
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a physician assistant
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
