- Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
What We're Looking For- Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered)
- Current DEA license
- Current OBNDD license
- Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) training, Monday-Friday during clinic hours
Schedule- 32 clinical hours per week
- Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- Clinic hours:
- Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Tuesday: 8 AM - 7 PM
- Wednesday: 8 AM - 1 PM
- Thursday: 7 AM - 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM
