Job Function: - Join a FQHC/Community Health Center to provide patient care
- 100% outpatient/ambulatory practice - utilize Athena EMR system
- Opening due to staff member going on medical leave, join 2 other NPs, lead physician, nurse manager and 3+ nursing professionals
- Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm schedule, one day per week 12pm-8pm and 1 Saturday per month (8am-3/4pm) - will get a day off during the week when work a Saturday
- Expect to see approximately 15-20 patients per day
- Work with patients of all ages, need comfort with adults and pediatrics (no women's health needed - have separate ObGyn department)
Job Requirements:Job Requirements: - New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred
- Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- 12-18months of NP work experience required
