Qualifications

• Current or pending Virginia medical license
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative spirit
• Preferred experience in outpatient care
• Passion for preventive and patient-centered medicine

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population
• Manage acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
• Collaborate with a team in a supportive clinical environment
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans
• Engage in continuous learning and practice improvement initiatives
