Geisinger is seeking a patient-focused Family Medicine, Med-Ped, and/or Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative value-based care model, delivering high-quality, coordinated care across the continuum. In this role, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams to manage population health, improve outcomes, and drive preventive care initiatives.

Job Duties:Practice Overview and Schedule- 100% outpatient practice
- 40-hour work week, including:
- 36 patient contact hours
- 4 administrative hours
- Clinic hours (subject to change):
- Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- One evening shift per week required
- Shared call and weekend rotation required (rotated among providers - subject to change)
Patient Care and Clinical Expectations- Practice full-spectrum care for all ages
- 20- and 40-minute appointments, determined by acuity
- Collaborative care model with APP panel sharing (APP supervision required)
Technology and Documentation- Epic EMR
- Abridge ambient voice dictation tool
Support and Resources- UpToDate access
- Value-based care guides
- Medication Therapy Disease Management on-site support
- Behavioral health collaboration

Compensation and Benefits - Compensation - salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience
- Recruitment incentives up to $250,000, including residency/fellowship stipend (not applicable for internal, lateral transfers)
- Continuing medical education - 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
