DescriptionPractice Medicine Without RVUs and see 8-14 patients a dayAlbuquerque, New MexicoWe are currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our exceptional care team at our Better Health Primary & Pediatric Care Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages while partnering with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that improve long-term health outcomes.
Responsibilities include:- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise one or more NP team members
Practice Medicine-Not Production MedicineForget the pressure of seeing 25-30 patients every day. Our physicians see an average of 8-14 patients daily, allowing you to provide comprehensive, personalized care instead of rushing from room to room.
You'll have:- 30- and 60-minute appointments
- Smaller patient panels
- Time to educate patients
- Time to build relationships
- Time to focus on prevention and long-term wellness

RequirementsQualifications:- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. Medical School
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current unrestricted medical license
- Current BLS certification
