Position OverviewThe Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, mission-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
- Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
- Optional opportunities for faculty and Medical Directorship
Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: $275,000 - $344,000 annually
