Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics experience.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of patient care including diagnoses and prescriptions.
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Allscripts for efficient patient documentation.

• Understanding of the importance of social and cultural backgrounds in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care for all ages, managing health conditions and promoting preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure integrated delivery of healthcare services.
• Oversee and mentor Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in delivering high-quality care.
• Stay current on medical advancements and engage in continuous improvement practices.
• Assume full accountability for patient care and demonstrate professionalism in practice.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships across departments for optimized care.
